Welcome! New Student Registration

This page will provide the necessary registration information to new families to the district and parents who have children now eligible for school.  To register your child, please complete the following:

Use the link above to access our online form for registering your child.  You will be provided a Registration ID that can be used to come back and continue working on the registration form should you need to leave and come back.

Now Available: You can add and upload documents at the end, including a completed Physical History Form, Proof of Immunization, two Proofs of Residency, and the child's original Birth Certificate to school to complete the registration process.  If you're transferring from another school, we'll also need a copy of the school's Transfer Card.  And if your child is receiving special services, any documentation (for example, an IEP) is helpful and required.  If you are unable to upload any documentation, you can also bring the physical documents in to the school's main office to complete the registration process.
